Fair, transparent cancellation terms.
Publish a policy that matches your signed agreements and actual payment model.
1. Project services
For project-based work, cancellation, rescheduling, completed work, committed expenses and any refundable amounts should follow the accepted proposal or service agreement.
2. Support plans
For recurring support, state the notice period, renewal date, cancellation method and the date access or service ends. Do not imply that a cancellation is complete until confirmed.
3. Digital products or subscriptions
If you sell subscriptions or digital products, explain trial periods, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to each market.
4. How to request cancellation
Email contact@esautomationgroup.com with your company name, relevant order or agreement reference and requested cancellation date.
5. Processing and exceptions
Explain realistic processing times and any legally permitted exceptions. Applicable consumer protection laws may override parts of a policy.
